Engel Natur Merino Overall Fleece safran melange

The fleece overall made from pure new Merino wool (kbT) feels cuddly and cosily warm. Due to the lanolin content of the wool, this quality is dirt and water-repellent and regenerates itself when aired in oxygen-rich air, making frequent washing unnecessary. This item is certified according to IVN Best guidelines, which means that the strictest ecological and social criteria must be met.

Care recommendation
Fleece garments should be hand washed very gently in lukewarm water, do not wring or rub or they will become matted.

Merino virgin wool from Engel:
Wool hair is a protein fiber and is similar in composition to human skin. Wool has excellent heat retention properties, it regulates skin respiration and oxygen exchange. Wool has a moisture-regulating effect, which means that it can absorb up to a third of its own weight in moisture and, depending on the outside conditions, release it back into the environment. The new wool used for our Engel underwear comes from Merino sheep. Merino new wool is very finely crimped, does not scratch and feels soft and fluffy.

The wool comes from controlled organic animal husbandry (kbT), while the merino sheep are kept in a species-appropriate manner so that they can live a healthy and stress-free life. The use of pesticides is prohibited both on the pastures and on the animals.

Wool is dirt-repellent and regenerates itself through airing. Woolen laundry should be washed and rinsed very carefully in the wool cycle of your washing machine or by hand in lukewarm water, do not wring or rub, otherwise it will become matted.
